Can I order a custom jewelry item?
Megan's Beading is happy to build custom items! Do you have a favorite dress and want to perfectly complement the color? You can buy your beads locally and send them to be combined into your perfect piece of jewelry. You can send a photo of something "perfect" that you have seen. Or you can send a description of what you would like.
Please contact us to request your custom piece.
What if I order something, and I don't like the color when I receive it?
Items purchased online may be returned for any reason. See our "returns" page for full details.
What kind of beads do you use?
The beads I use the most are glass beads. Some of the most interesting are foil-glass beads. I also use Savorski crystal. I use some semi-presious stones like Topaz or genuine pearls as well. There is an occasional plastic bead used where it can lend a specific look, but you won't find many of these.
What other materials do you use?
My clasps and "findings" are silver plated. ("Findings" are the crimps, chains and other metal pieces). Some of the charms are sterling silver. The gold chains and hooks are gold plated. If you need a specific material, please ask and I can make it for you.
Can you break a set?
Megan's Beading wants every customer to be fully satisfied. We will gladly break a set, or create additional items for a set, so you get exactly the pieces you want. Please contact us to request your custom set.
Can I use a credit card?
Absolutely! We use PayPal as our trusted source to process credit card payments. As you are finishing check out from your shopping cart, you will be taken to PayPal for payment options.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, not at all. When you check out you will have the option to login in to an existing PayPal account, or instead just use your credit card.
