My name is Megan Mitenius. I began beading as a hobby and it has quickly become an obsession and a passion.
My clasps and chains are silver plated or sterling silver. The beads I use the most are glass or Savorski crystal. I use some semi-precious stones as well.
I am beginning to move beyond jewelry to beaded wrought iron, bookmarks, wine glass charms, candles and candle holders, to reach a larger group of customers.
So if you have an idea that you would like me to try, let me know. I can also create custom jewelry for you in different colors and different patterns. My passion is to serve you!

Private Lessons Available
If you are in the Dallas metroplex, Megan's Beading can provide private lessons for you or your group. What a great way to get a few of your friends together!
There is no "sales pitch" like most home product parties. You just pay for the lesson and for your materials! Each lesson is designed around your specific requirements.

Jewelry Parties
If you are in the Dallas metroplex, Megan's Beading can put together a kids' party or an adult friend's gathering. This is not a pressure-sales event like other "parties" you know of. This is a private class, teaching you to make earrings, necklaces and bracelets. No prior knowledge required. Great for bridal parties; make some jewelry accompaniments for your wedding.
Custom jewelry created
Megan's Beading is happy to build custom items! Do you have a favorite dress and want to perfectly complement the color? You can buy your beads locally and send them to be combined into your perfect piece of jewelry. You can send a photo of something "perfect" that you have seen. Or you can send a description of what you would like.
